Everything is researched, cataloged, and priced based on current market conditions. For fine art, antiques, jewelry, and specialty items, we bring in certified appraisers.
We build a complete inventory and develop a sale strategy tailored to the estate.
You see the plan before anything goes live.
Targeted Promotion
We promote every estate sale through multiple channels: our local buyer network in San Diego, digital marketing, and partner directories, alongside targeted outreach to collectors, dealers, and interior designers in the area.
By the time the sale opens, the right people already know about it.
Sale Day
Sale day is our responsibility. Staging, security, buyer management, transactions, and the overall experience are handled by our team.
We handle everything so you don’t have to.

Final Accounting
After the sale, you get a complete accounting of what sold and what it brought. We coordinate remaining items: consignment, donation, or removal based on your preferences.
Proceeds are delivered promptly. The property is ready for whatever comes next.
